Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services of KillBill.ch, operated by VIBE TECHNOLOGIES LLP in cooperation with Unterwaldner Insurance.

2. Services

KillBill.ch offers a free consultation platform for health insurance switching and fitness reimbursements. The actual insurance consultation is provided by FINMA-certified advisors from Unterwaldner Insurance.

Important: Only supplementary insurance covers fitness costs. Acceptance by an insurer is not guaranteed and is subject to the underwriting process and health declaration.

3. Bonus Payments

The advertised switch bonus (CHF 50) and promo bonus (CHF 100) are only paid out if:

• The customer is accepted by the new insurer
• Underwriting is successfully completed
• The insurance switch has been fully completed

Payment is made after confirmation of acceptance by the insurer.

4. Consultation

All consultations take place exclusively online. The advisors are FINMA-certified and work independently with most major Swiss health insurers.

5. Liability

KillBill.ch assumes no liability for:

• Rejections by insurers
• Changes to insurance conditions
• Delays in the underwriting process
• Technical disruptions to the platform

6. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

KillBill.ch reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes will be published on the website.
